Recently did a set of commissions for a longtime friend of mine and his wife. I'll be posting my friend's commission in the next post but am focusing on his wife's pair in this one.
My friend's wife is a big NASCAR fan, with her two favorites being Chase Elliott and Ryan Blaney, and my friend wanted to surprise her for Mother's Day with a pair of custom NASCAR themed Air Force 1s with her favorite race car drivers featured.
So, the base shoe was the classic white on white Air Force 1s:
and I Google searched a few photos of both racers and their various cars to get some inspiration.

This was my first time really doing a NASCAR themed pair and it was a lot of fun. My only regret was that I didn't get more photos of them, but I had a really tight deadline at the time. Would love the opportunity to do more NASCAR and racing themes in general going forward.
