The Mark 20 armor, aka "Python", is another armor that was part of the Iron Legion/House Party Protocol in Iron Man 3. It's nicknamed Python due to its ability to travel farther distances, mimicking the ability of a python. It has expended energy reserves which can be directed to flight systems. The result is a more energy efficient propulsion system, and consequently greater operation range than previous armors.
One of the things I love about this armor design is that it's obviously inspired by the Model 42 armor from the comics, which I thought was one of the coolest modern armor designs:
As for the shoes, for these I wanted to go with a Dunk High design. The base I chose was the Nike Dunk High "Pure Platinum":
