(See more details about the World of Stark series here)
The Mark II is the first armor that Tony Stark built after returning home from his escape from the captivity of The Ten Rings in the 2008 Iron Man film. Having built the Mark 1 from literal scraps, Tony Stark got the idea to follow up with a new and improved version of his armor with his actual technology at his disposal. The Mark 2 is an all-silver armor that would be the prototype to the Mark 3 armor seen later in the movie and features a lot of the tech that would be a staple with the later armors such as super strength, extended flight capabilities, and high resistance to damage.
As for the shoes, being as though the armor is basically one color scheme, the design theme for these would pretty much only consist of metallic silver and white. For the base shoe, I went with an old pair of low top all white Nike Dunks that I had laying around.

And here is the finished product:

Unlike the Mark 1 pair and armor design which is more of a distressed metal, the Mark 2 pair is a basic and clean metallic silver being as though it's a prototype armor built with far superior materials. The first 2 armors are on the simpler side as far as design goes, but the later armors get more creative with the designs and colors, which is where the real fun begins in the shoe series. Stay tuned!
